Our Community

Is a place for sharing by the participants in the Reunion. A series of pages that will only be available to the people that are members of the Class. Both those that are attending and those who can not.

Ways to participate:

Attend the events in Killarney related to the reunion we are planning.
If you can't make it, and you want to attend virtually let us know that you are interested in this and we will try to arrange some way for this to happen.
Participating in the creation of a "50 Year Book" for all the members of the Class who want to contribute their life stories. Whether we like it or not, we became a community back when we attended school together, and today most of us are wondering how we all did. More details on this will be added in the next few days.

It will be centered on the "Our Community" menu items and can be accessed by you through a personal Log In account that will be set up for you based on the email you have provided us. You will need an email to participate in this process, but if you have any questions, contact the Roger - Webmaster at webmaster@kci50reunion.ca

What information you choose to share is optional, with the idea that it will be a chance to introduce yourself to your fellow classmates since we were all together.

To get started

Send an email to webmaster@kci50reunion.ca to request an account. You will know that it has been done because you will receive an email notification from the website.
Then Log In and go to the Profile option on the menu to look at your new profile and fill out the information. Initially, a blank profile is created from the Log in process, you then go to edit and fill out the additional information. There are 3 types of information Base, Personal and Contact/Address

Information:

Your Name - Both your name today and your name that we might remember from when we went to school together.
Your Phone number and email address - We will use this to contact you from this point forward.
Address/Location - where you are living now - this is similar to what you would have provided on the fillable registration form

Some Information about yourself:

A Photo
Years you attended Killarney School
A short Bio - all those questions that people might ask you about when you meet. Did you get married? Do you have children/grandchildren, what did you do since we might have last met. That are your passions? What are you proud of and how do you define yourself?
Links to Online profiles that you might want to share that tell you story. Websites, profiles on social media, etc.
